State-of-the-art Modded Gamecube Controller Features Clear Shell, Rubber Hand Grips, MadCatz Logo

JULY 6 – Famed GameCube controller modder Noah “n3zModGod” Valdez released a new state-of-the-art modded controller that features a clear shell, rubber hand grips, and a Madcatz logo. “Over the last few months I’ve been trying to push the limit of what we can do with a GameCube controller,” says Valdez. “Everyone has wavedash notches. Everyone has the capacitor mods. I wanted to go out of the box and create a controller that has literally never been seen before.”

Mike “MikeHaze” Pulido, who managed to snag the first purchase of this new product, was confident it was worth its steep price of $140. “It’s expensive, yes, but the precision and comfort is unparalleled. Every other fox player is getting hand problems because they’re going skin to plastic; with these brand new rubber grips I can play for hours.”

Perhaps the most striking feature of this new controller is the decision to replace the common GameCube logo with strange new logo featuring an angry-looking cat. “I wanted to show the user of this controller was a feral beast. A mad cat one would say,” stated Valdez.

The controller even features a notched, brand new button on the left side of the controller with the words ‘TURBO’ emblazoned on it. When asked, Valdez smiled and only replied that he had no idea what the button did.
